Dallas first Field Trial, October 2009
It
was time for Dallas
debut! He
was the only standard
cocker among working
type and made an approved
searching in the fields
and even manages to
flush a partridge! They
are not allowed after
October so he got a
retrieve of a pheasant
later. We started on a
grass field, the shot
came and he sat down
spontaneous! -Sitt
still, I calmy said two
times til the bird
dropped to the ground
about 15 meters in
front of us - and
Shakima's Dark Eye
moved his ass and
fetched the birdie
without permission!
§#¤%&! If he only
had been still for
about FIVE fiddling
seconds until my
command we would have
gained an award!!! 5
seconds!!!

A few days later 3rd of November it was time for our
old precious Gibson's 12th birthday!
Unfortunately I got a strange setting of the camera so the pictures
arn't that good...
 
Gibson - still going strong!
 
Here Dallas grip is not the best... but the pheasant is old and
heavy...
